Some soon-to-be-brides have been planning their weddings since elementary school, but Brandy is not one of them.  "You know, women dream about their weddings, you know, when they're like 15 or 16 or 20.  You know, I never saw a wedding, or saw a union or a bond like that until I met The One -- which is a beautiful thing," Brandy tells Hip Hollywood.

"The One," of course, is Brandy's fiance, music executive Ryan Press, who popped the question to her around the start of 2013.  "I can definitely say that when my fiance asked me to marry him, I started to envision what my wedding would be like, and that has never happened before for me," Brandy tells the website.

The singer and The Game actress admits that she doesn't have many details to share about her big day with Ryan, but there is one part that's clear in her mind: her hair.  "I do see my hair in a braid, like a big, huge French braid... I want it going inward, with a nice flower and that's all I have," she says. 

Instead of focusing on dresses, colors and all that stuff, Brandy says she's focused on a little advice that actress Niecy Nash shared with her.  She "always tells me, 'It’s not about the wedding, it’s about the marriage.'  So I’m working on making the best relationship possible and will do for the rest of my life," Brandy tells Hip Hollywood.
