Vanessa G. Nelson is President of award-winning Expert Human Resources, which she founded over 11 years ago; to help organizations maintain employment law compliance, avoid workplace litigation, maximize human capital, create great teams, and reduce costs. She is also author of 101 Costly HR Mistakes…and How to Fix Them, a great seller, which is being used to teach college students at Saginaw Valley State University.

Vanessa loves Human Resources and cares deeply about her clients. Her motto is “I do not succeed until the organization is improved”.
