I am the owner, Tammie Mathis. We are located in the flint farmers market here in Flint Mi. After teaching culinary I decided to open my own restaurant that will cater to a better eating lifestyle but also to offer employment to our young teenagers. To teach them about customer service, respect, counting money and the food service industry. Our salads are made with love and we can make any salad that you’d like.
